Bookings are made exclusively through the online calendar. Once the date has been booked and the deposit has been paid, the session will be reserved and the slot will be blocked. 

With your photo booking we also book the studio so that you and your family can enjoy it exclusively.

If for justified reasons of illness you cannot attend your appointment and you notify me with a minimum of 72 hours notice, I will relocate your session to the first available slot that fits you. Changes with less than 72 hours implies the loss of the signal except for reasons related to hospital admissions. In this case, the change of session can be made even if there are less than 24 hours left for the booking. Under no circumstances will the deposit deposited as a reservation be returned. 

Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for 4 months. Under no circumstances can they be exchanged for cash. Gift sessions can be exchanged for another session. If the cost of the new session is higher than the price of the gift session, the difference will be paid when booking. In the case of sessions of a lower value, there will be no refund for the difference, nor will there be any financial compensation or compensation for products of any kind. 

The value of the gift card cannot be used for any studio products (albums, prints, prints...). The gift sessions are governed by the same conditions of sale as any other session (made in the photo studio, with the number of prints and files included in the session).

Selection and submission of photos

Within a maximum of 30 days after the photo session you will receive, in the email with which you booked, the gallery with the photos of the session edited and in high quality (RAW files or unedited photos will not be delivered in any case). You will have four days to select the photos you want to keep at home.

If the gallery expires we will be able to create it again. This service has an additional cost of 10€.

Once the total payment for the session (and extra products if any) has been paid in full, the download button for the selected photos will be enabled.

Laboratory products have an approximate production lead time of 10-20 working days, which can be affected by: special campaign periods (such as Christmas or communions), periods of high product demand, delivery service problems, product complexity or production errors.
