Terms and conditions of sale

The booking of the photo session implies acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale of Photography of a Moment.

Bookings are made exclusively through the online calendar. Once the date has been booked and the deposit for the session has been paid, you will receive a reference number with which you will be able to consult the characteristics of the session.

With your photo booking we also book the studio so that you and your family can enjoy it exclusively. If for justified reasons you cannot attend your appointment and you let me know at least 72 hours in advance, I will relocate your session to the first available slot that suits you. Changes with less than 72 hours implies the loss of the signal except for reasons related to hospital admissions or justified illnesses. In this case, the change of session can be made even if there are less than 24 hours left for the booking. In no case will the deposit deposited as a reservation be returned.

Selection and submission of photos

Within 7-15 days after the photo session you will receive the gallery with all the photos of the session edited and in high quality at the email address you used to book the session. You will have three days to select the photos you want to keep at home.

Once the total payment for the session (and extra products if any) has been paid in full, the download button for the selected photos will be enabled.

Laboratory products have an approximate production lead time of 10-20 working days, which can be affected by: special campaign periods (such as Christmas or communions), periods of high product demand, delivery service problems, product complexity or production errors.
